IU Health Saxony Medical Center

Completed 2011.

IU Health Saxony Medical Center was built in phases, initially bringing primary care, surgical, cardiovascular, sports medicine, imaging, chest pain and urgent care services, plus a sleep center to the town of Fishers. The 44‐bed, acute care hospital is approximately 200,000 square feet, and the medical office building is approximately 100,000 square feet.

Franciscan St. Francis Health Women & Children’s Center

Four-story multi-phase interior renovation of a 119,000 SF facility includes new lobby, postpartum suites, labor and delivery rooms and neonatal intensive care rooms. Current.

St. Vincent Anderson Hospital Surgery Expansion

This project combined two existing surgery entities into one 38,000 SF state-of-the-art center with the latest technology. Required relocation of 60-inch combination sewer line within the footprint of the building expansion. Completed 2014.

Michael A. Evans Center for Health Sciences

This LEED Certified, 140,000 SF facility at Marian University houses lecture halls, classrooms, offices and laboratory space for the College of Osteopathic Medicine and School of Nursing. Completed 2013.

Construction of a 300,000 SF 44-bed acute care hospital, sleep center and medical office building in Fishers. Completed 2011.
