The Franciscan St. Francis Women & Children’s Center is an 119,000 square foot interior renovation of the existing Women & Children’s facility. The project is a four-story multiphase renovation that will result in a new welcome lobby, 36 postpartum suites, eight antepartum patient rooms, 12 new labor and delivery rooms and 24 private neonatal intensive care rooms. Included within the renovation are extensive upgrades to the medical gas systems and air handling equipment. The current Women & Children’s facility will remain in operation throughout construction.
